Lift & Restore™ is a Choosi signature treatment series that combines three powerful modalities to address facial aging from every angle:
- One Hydrafacial
- Four Emface sessions
- Three RF microneedling treatments – or – four Exion Face sessions
How Does Lift & Restore™ Work?
Each component of Lift & Restore™ targets a specific layer of facial aging.
- Skin renewal: The Hydrafacial cleanses, exfoliates and infuses your skin with nourishing serums to create an optimal foundation for the other treatments.
- Muscle toning and lifting: Emface promotes new collagen formation while naturally lifting your facial tissues. Its radiofrequency energy heats the dermis while High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM™) technology simultaneously contracts your facial muscles for natural lifting and contouring.
- Deep structural support: The RF microneedling or Exion Face component stimulates collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid production in the deeper dermal layers, improving skin firmness and texture from within.

What to Expect During Your Lift & Restore™ Series
Initial Consultation
Your Lift & Restore™ experience begins with a thorough consultation at Choosi Skin Face and Laser Spa. Dr. Hall or one of our expert providers will assess the condition of your skin and other facial tissues, discuss your aesthetic goals and create a personalized treatment schedule. We’ll determine whether RF microneedling or Exion Face better suits your needs based on your skin type and the depth of concerns you want to address.
Treatment Schedule
The complete Lift & Restore™ series typically spans eight to 12 weeks. Your Hydrafacial may be performed at the beginning to prepare your skin, with Emface sessions scheduled weekly for four weeks and your RF microneedling or Exion Face treatments spaced one to four weeks apart. We’ll create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while optimizing results.
During Your Sessions
Each appointment varies based on which treatment you’re receiving. Hydrafacial sessions take approximately 30 minutes and feel like a relaxing facial massage. Emface treatments last 20 minutes and create a unique warming and tingling sensation as muscles contract. RF microneedling or Exion Face sessions take 30 to 60 minutes, with RF microneedling requiring topical numbing cream for comfort.
After Treatment
Following Hydrafacial and Emface, there’s no downtime. After RF microneedling, expect mild redness for 24 to 48 hours similar to a sunburn. Exion Face may cause slight redness that resolves within hours. Throughout the series, maintain sun protection and follow our skincare recommendations to maximize your results.
