Hair restoration at Choosi Skin Face & Laser Spa is a two-part, in-office treatment. First, the Lutronic Ultra laser delivers non-ablative fractional energy to the scalp, triggering the body’s wound-healing response. Then, a concentrated growth factor solution is applied to the treated area for deep absorption. The result is a treatment that stimulates regrowth from the inside out, with no surgery and no downtime.
The Lutronic Ultra uses a 1927nm fractional thulium laser to target the superficial layers of the scalp without ablating or breaking the skin’s surface. Instead of creating open wounds, the laser produces microscopic treatment zones of dehydrated tissue that dramatically increase the scalp’s ability to absorb topical serums. This non-ablative fractional approach means only a fraction of the tissue is treated per session, leaving surrounding areas intact and allowing for rapid healing. The controlled thermal energy also boosts blood circulation and collagen production around the hair follicles.
Once the laser portion is complete, Dr. Hall either injects platelet-rich plasma (PRP) drawn from your own blood or applies an exosome growth factor solution directly onto the treated scalp.
